Executive Director and Founder
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Shantale is passionate about helping children to learn and grow. She believes that parent involvement is one of the most important aspects of ABA and strives to make caregivers feel understood and empowered throughout the process.
She first delved into the world of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2012 during an internship in an Autism Center for a non-profit agency. She received her Master of Science degree in Behavior Analysis from Simmons University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a focus on child and adolescent development from Southern New Hampshire University. During college, Shantale worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a private ABA company providing services in the home, clinic, school, and community. With the combination of experience and education, Shantale received extensive training to maintain behavior-analytic, professional, and ethical repertoires. She learned to deliver high-quality service to clients.
Shantale has dedicated her work to providing individualized and effective treatment based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. When children are receiving ABA, she strives to make it a fun and motivating learning environment. She is eager to share her experience with ABA to families.
